Mountain Sport

Mountain Sport is a functional strength and conditioning program.

Whether you bike, ski, run, climb or all of the above, Mountain Sport is designed to keep you healthy and doing what you love outside of the gym at a
high level.

Private Training

1 on 1 appointment based - 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. Private training is for individuals who are looking to get a customized program tailored to their needs.

Whether you are looking to get in shape for ski season, up your mountain bike fitness, stay fit for your demanding job, or you simply want to be a healthier, happier individual, we will program to your specific goals.

Located in Bellingham Washington, Evergreen Strength specializes in functional training, inspired by the outdoors! We spend our time in the backcountry, on the slopes and dirt tracks so we understand the rigors and demands of those activities.

With over a decade of strength and conditioning experience we have the depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to get you to your goals. We practice what we preach and are constantly pushing our own limits so we can help you get to yours!
