Dumbbell Basics-Full body

Circuit 1:

-Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans 3x8

-Dumbbell Seated Jumps 3x5

Circuit 2:

-Dumbbell Curl to Press 3x8-10

-Farmer Carry Dumbbell Forward Lunges 3x6-8 each leg

Circuit 3:

30 seconds on/15 seconds off x 3-5 rounds

-Dumbbell Squat Curls (#25/15)

-Hollow Hold

-Dumbbell Hammer Curl + Reverse Lunge (#25/15)

-Plank Shoulder Taps

Kettllebell Power-8 week

Week 1 - Session 1
