Outisde of our daily programming members will also have access to all of On Demand workouts. Our studio programs are pre made 8-12 week blocks of training for a specific goal. These are great for limited equipment and small home gyms. Get ready for skiing, mountain biking or simply improve your general health and fitness with a handful or Dumbbells or Kettlebells.

- The Kettlebell Program - 8 week
- The Dumbbell Program - 12 week*New programs added throughout the year

We recommend 3 pairs of dumbbells — Light, moderate and heavy & 3 Kettlebells — Light, moderate and heavy.
Kettlebells & Dumbbells are interchangeable when applicable, use what you can.
